The bimonthly meeting of the Board of Directors was held on September 28, 2010. A highlight of the meeting was the move to a paperless environment. A second highlight was the move to a retreat format and the reduced number of committees.

The special meeting of the Board of Directors was held on June 22nd, 2010 with 94%  of Board members in attendance.  This meeting is held following the Annual General Meeting to elect the Executive Committee of the Board for the upcoming year (June 2010-June 2011). 

The quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors was held on May 25th, 2010 with 76% of Board members in attendance.  Reports were received from the Chair (Peter Sorby); Chief Executive Officer (Trudy Reid); Chair, Medical Advisory Committee (Dr. Brian Devin); and the Chair of the Governance & Planning (Peter Sorby for John Polak) and Stewardship (Kathy Byvelds) Committees.  The Board also heard news from the Foundation Chair (Terry Triskle) and the Auxiliary Chair (Dawn Ouellette).
